Ryan Bleck, DO, a family practice physician began seeing patients at Community Memorial Hospital as part of Community Memorial Hospital’s Family Health Centers on July 31, 2017. Dr. Bleck’s office is located at 208 Columbus Street, Hicksville, OH, entrance #4. He  shares space with Dr. Johnson and Tara Garza, NP.  

Dr. Bleck’s specialty is Family Medicine and is very attracted to the ideals of family medicine, which he feels is really the image of the hometown country doctor.  Dr. Bleck is seeing obstetric patients and is surgically trained to perform C-sections if necessary. Dr. Bleck is available for patients of all ages concerning primary care requirements.
