CMH Foundation Announces Date for 2012 Legacy Luncheon
HICKSVILLE, OH— The Community Memorial Hospital (CMH) Foundation will hold its 3rd Annual Legacy Luncheon on Saturday, November 3, 2012, in the Community Rooms at the hospital. Appetizers will be served at 12:30 p.m. and lunch will begin at 1:00 p.m. Tickets for the Legacy Luncheon will again be $20 each and will go on sale in October.
All proceeds from the Legacy Luncheon will support the Foundation’s scholarship program. Last year, the Foundation awarded four $1,500 scholarships to local individuals pursuing a career in the medical field.
As part of the luncheon, each of the ten tables is sponsored by a local individual or organization. The table sponsor is responsible for decorating the table according to a theme of their own choice and selling the tickets for that table. If you are interested in sponsoring a table, please contact Carol Weidenhamer at 419-542-5690 or email@example.com.
Other activities taking place during the Legacy Luncheon event include the CMH Auxiliary’s Festival of Trees and a silent auction. If you are interested in donating an item for the silent auction, please contact Carol Weidenhamer at 419-542-5690 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Community Memorial Hospital is a Mark, Milford, and Hicksville joint township owned hospital.
