Healthy Holiday Eating
HICKSVILLE, OH—Community Memorial Hospital presents “Healthy Holiday Eating: Keeping the Weight Off During the Holidays and into the New Year” on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at 7:00 PM in Community Room 1 at the hospital. This educational session will be led by Kelsey Schmidt, Intern in Dietetics at the University of Cincinnati.
The presentation will include weight maintenance and weight loss tips, modified holiday recipes, and food samples.
