Dr. Grothaus has 12 years of specialized orthopedic experience. He received his medical degree and completed his orthopedic residency from the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo and a fellowship in Hand and Upper Extremity at the Indiana Hand Center, Indianapolis, IN.

He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He is also a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, a professional member of the medical honor society, and Alpha Omega Alpha.

As a specialist in orthopedic surgery, Dr. Grothaus will provide care and treatment of fractures, sports medicine injuries, joint replacements, and any acute or chronic upper extremities.
