Kori L. Strubing, CNP, joined the Family Health Centers of Community Memorial Hospital in 2011.
Kori works with Dr. Todd Wiley in the Antwerp Family Health Center, assisting with most aspects of his practice including caring for chronically ill patients, handling routine sick patient visits, and performing women's health exams.
Kori began her nursing career at CMH as a staff RN and later served as Nursing Manager for our Medical/Surgical Floor and Swing Bed Unit. She then worked as a Coronary/Medical ICU nurse and Emergency Department nurse before attaining her nurse practitioner certification.
As a certified nurse practitioner, she has worked in both OB/GYN and family practice settings. She is experienced in all aspects of women's health, including annual exams; acute gynecological problems; pre-natal care and education; contraceptive counseling; management of menopause issues; sexually transmitted infection testing, counseling and treatment; preventative care and education. She also provides primary care for patients of all ages, including diagnosing and treating a wide variety of chronic health conditions, acute illnesses and injuries, routine physicals, and well-child exams..
Kori also volunteers regularly at the Fountain of Faith Free Medical Clinic.
