MA/CMA- (30.19) .9 FT (Wiley’s Office) This position is responsible for support of the physician in providing quality medical care to patients as well as monitoring physician’s schedule and making appropriate adjustments. Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties. Assists physician with office procedures, collection and maintenance of accurate patient documents. Ensures that exam rooms are cleaned and stocked, working toward maintaining a safe and clean environment. Upon clinician direction, the Medical Assistant is responsible for obtaining HMO referral authorization when needed. The medical assistant is responsible for maintaining BLS certification as well as complying with other hospital regulations. Family Practice Experience Preferred

LPN (42.19) .9 (Johnson’s office) This position is responsible to administer nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of the physician. Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties. Assists physician with office procedures, collection and maintenance of accurate patient documents. Ensures that exam rooms are cleaned and stocked, working toward maintaining a safe and clean environment.

 

Phlebotomist (PRN) This position is responsible for greeting outpatients and processes laboratory test requisitions according to established policies and procedures. Types various forms, reports, and memorandums; answers telephones, taking and relaying messages; as well as performing a variety of miscellaneous clerical duties. Performs skilled phlebotomy procedures including venipuncture and capillary collection. Must be able to travel to physician offices, health fairs, and nursing homes to complete draws.

 

Registered Nurse – OB/Float (22.19) .8 11a-7p, every 3rd wknd 7a-7p. This position is responsible to assess patient/family needs; plans, implements, evaluates, and coordinates care for patients. Participates in patient and family education. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with all ancillary and patient care team members. Consistently demonstrates standards of professional nursing practice in all clinic settings. Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio. BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications are required.

 

Registered Nurse – Med/Surg (3.19) .3 Nights, (17.19) .9 Days, (32.19) 0.9 Nights, (46.19) .3 Days This position is responsible to assess patient/family needs; plans, implements, evaluates, and coordinates care for patients. Participates in patient and family education. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with all ancillary and patient care team members. Consistently demonstrates standards of professional nursing practice in all clinic settings. Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio. BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications are required; Neonatal certification is recommended.

 

Registered Nurse - Emergency Dept. (69.18) PRN This position is responsible to assess patient/family needs; plans, implements, evaluates, and coordinates care for patients. Participates in patient and family education. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with all ancillary and patient care team members. Consistently demonstrates standards of professional nursing practice. Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required; BLS, ACLS, and PALS, certifications are required with Neonatal certification is recommended. Prior emergency department hospital experience preferred.

 

NON-CLINICAL

 

Coder (35.19) 1.0 This position is responsible to identify and code patient services and diagnoses for the purpose of reimbursement, accurate data collection and compliance with federal regulations according to diagnosis and procedure using ICD-10-CM and CPT-4. In addition, assists in the provision of HIM services, follows the policies and procedures of the department standards and department objectives, and assists the HIM Manager as needed. Must have a CPC certification or obtain within 6 months. Experience Required: Outpatient/ED/IP and Swingbed experience

 

Collections Specialist (40.19) 1.0 This position is responsible to review open patient account files for collection efforts. Identify issues with account delinquency and provides clear communication and customer service on all collection issues. Also maintain the files on past-due accounts and documenting on the used methods to secure the clients' payment; researching, analyzing the accounts before the initiating debtor contact and examining the historical data or evaluating the collection efforts that were tried in the past.

 

Housekeeper (46.19) 1.0 2nd shift/Rotating Weekends This position is responsible to maintain a safe, clean, sanitary environment in all areas of the facility.

 

Unit Clerk (44.19) .6 PT This position is responsible to provide general clerical, receptionist, and patient-related duties on the nursing unit. Works under the general direction of licensed nursing staff.
