RN – Med Surg (60.15) FT 0.9, Med Surg (34.15) PT 0.6, Med Surg (35.15) FT 0.9, Med Surg (50.14) PRN (0.3), (4.15) PRN Is responsible to assess patient/family needs; plans, implements, evaluates, and coordinates care for patients. Participates in patient and family education. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with all ancillary and patient care team members. Consistently demonstrates standards of professional nursing practices in all clinic settings. Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio. CPR certification is required; ACLS, PALS and Neonatal certifications are recommended. Prior hospital experience preferred but not required.
RN – OB (15.14) PRN, Is responsible to work under the direction of the physician providing a professional nursing assessment and initiating nursing care to patients presenting in the OB department. Determines the stages of labor of OB patients and the well-being of neonates. Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care to child-bearing women and newborn infants. Must have the ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s status, and interpret the appropriate information to identify each patient’s needs in relation to age, Hospital, and department policy. Relates effectively with other departments of continuity of care’ maintaining satisfactory relations with physician, ancillary departments, and other nursing units. Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and review and enhancement of current policies, procedures, and skills. Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio. CPR and Neonatal certification are required; STABLE, ACLS and PALS certification preferred. Must successfully complete AWHONN within one year of hire.
LPN- Med Surg (28.15) PT 0.6 is responsible to administer nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties. Assists patients with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to patients, and assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse in charge of the team and/or unit. Speech Language Pathologist (36.15) PT 0.5 is responsible for patient evaluation, treatment plan, and follow through of specific treatment programs within the scope of Speech/Language Pathologist practice, as prescribed by the attending physician and based on the diagnosis, history, experience and goals of the client. Provides at leas indirect supervision to Speech & Language students. Requires completion of a MA/MS in Speech/Language Pathology and completion of eligibility for clinical Fellowship Year and current Ohio licensure. Ability to perform MBS studies preferred. One-two years of hospital or outpatient experience preferred.
Med Tech or MLT (6.15) PRN, (11.15) PRN is responsible to perform chemical tests on body fluids and exudates; studies morphological constituents of blood, isolates, and identifies bacterial agents present in various specimens; and performs blood bank procedures to provide diagnostic data for physicians necessary in the treatment of diseases. Assists in clerical duties of the department and performs skilled phlebotomy procedures including venipuncture, capillary collection, and bleeding time tests. Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, as well as ASCP or equivalent certification is required. In the event of a new graduate certification is required within an agreed upon time frame, preferably one year. BLS required. Looking for Saturday and Sunday Coverage: 8:00 am to 8:30 pm
Case Manager/Clinical Documentation Specialist (61.15) FT 1.0 will act as a social worker, serve as a liasion between patients, their families and healthcare providers, pre-cert new admissions, arrange and coordinate swing bed admission, attend the swing bed meetings and provide utilization review. Will conduct concurrent and retrospective chart reviews. Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program and currently licensed to practice in the State of Ohio. Case Management/Clinical Documentation experience preferred. Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience in an acute setting with critical care or strong med/surg background.

FOCUS, a new program, is a Senior Counseling Service that CMH will begin offering in Fall, 2015.
Program Director/Registered Nurse (62.15) FT 1.0 will provide clinical nursing services as appropriate for the Intensive Outpatient Mental Health Program. Coordinates quality clinical documentation in a treatment team, evaluates and monitors patient medical and mental stability. Coordinates communication between the unit, medical director, primary care physician and other clinical services. Must be a graduate of a state approved school of nursing and RN State of Ohio license required. Geriatric and psychiatric experience preferred.
Therapist/Social Worker (63.15) FT 1.0 holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited Graduate School of Social Work or a degree that supports an alternative acceptable licensure. LCSW preferred- LPC or LMFT also acceptable. Two to three years of clinical experience with geriatric population, hospital or nursing home experience preferred.
FOCUS Receptionist (64.15) FT 1.0 should have experience working with geriatric population, Medical Assistant preferred. Secretarial and clerical skills such as office procedures, techniques and equipment. Word and Excel proficient.
Chief Financial Officer (69.15) FT 1.0 is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all aspects of financial management including accounting functions, budgeting, asset protection, and development of monthly/annual financial reports. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field is requied, Master's Degree preferred. Five years plus accounting experience. Prefer one to two years management experience. Healthcare experience a plus.
Fitness Center Attendant (46.15) PRN is responsible for overseeing fitness center activities as well as orientating new fitness members to the facility
Housekeeper (25.15) PRN
is responsible to maintain a safe, clean, sanitary environment in all areas of the facility. This positon will work as needed plus fill in for vacations.
