Clinical

RN – Med Surg (61.13) PRN (3.) (17.14) PRN Is responsible to assess patient/family needs; plans, implements, evaluates, and coordinates care for patients. Participates in patient and family education. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with all ancillary and patient care team members. Consistently demonstrates standards of professional nursing practices in all clinic settings. Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio. CPR certification is required; ACLS, PALS and Neonatal certifications are recommended. Prior hospital experience preferred but not required.

RN – ED (7.14) .9 7a to 7p (11.14) PRN Is responsible to assess patient/family needs; plans, implements, evaluates, and coordinates care for patients. Participates in patient and family education. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with all ancillary and patient care team members. Consistently demonstrates standards of professional nursing practices in all clinic settings. Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio. CPR, ACLS, and PALS certification are required. Neonatal Resuscitation Provider certification is recommended. Also require completion of Critical Care Core I within 12 months of hire.

Certified Medical Assistant / Front Desk / RN  / LPN (20.14) FT Responsible for office functions as well including check in and check out of patients, posting charges and payments, collection of co-pays, batching of credit cards, and preparing deposits. May be asked to support of the physician in providing quality medical care to patients as well as monitoring physician’s schedule and making appropriate adjustments. Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties. Assists physician with office procedures, collection and maintenance of accurate patient documents. Ensures that exam rooms are cleaned and stocked, working toward maintaining a safe and clean environment. Upon clinician direction, the Medical Assistant is responsible for obtaining HMO referral authorization when needed. The medical assistant is responsible for maintaining CPR certification as well as complying with other hospital regulations.  High School graduate or equivalent with additional education as. Medical Assistant Certification is required or Ohio license RN, LPN. One to two years previous work experience in a physician office is preferred.

RN – OB (15.14) PRN Is responsible to work under the direction of the physician providing a professional nursing assessment and initiating nursing care to patients presenting in the OB department. Determines the stages of labor of OB patients and the well-being of neonates. Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care to child-bearing women and newborn infants.  Must have the ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s status, and interpret the appropriate information to identify each patient’s needs in relation to age, Hospital, and department policy.  Relates effectively with other departments of continuity of care’ maintaining satisfactory relations with physician, ancillary departments, and other nursing units. Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and review and enhancement of current policies, procedures, and skills.  Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio. CPR and Neonatal certification are required; STABLE, ACLS and PALS certification preferred. Must successfully complete AWHONN within one year of hire.

Non-Clinical

Collection Specialist (12.14 & 13. 14) FT Responsible to review patient account files and follow up on all self pay balances.  Position will establish payment plans.  Hours are from 11am to 730 pm. Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to ask patients for payments.
