Clinical Job Openings
RN – Emergency Dept. (90.16) PRN 0.3, (72.16) PRN, is responsible to assess patient/family needs; plans, implements, evaluates, and coordinates care for patients. Participates in patient and family education. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with all ancillary and patient care team members. Consistently demonstrates standards of professional nursing practices in all clinic settings. Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio. CPR, ACLS, & PALS certifications are required; Neonatal certifications are recommended. Prior hospital experience preferred.
RN – OB (2.17) PRN is responsible to work under the direction of the physician providing a professional nursing assessment and initiating nursing care to patients presenting in the OB department. Determines the stages of labor of OB patients and the well-being of neonates. Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care to child-bearing women and newborn infants. Must have the ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s status, and interpret the appropriate information to identify each patient’s needs in relation to age, Hospital, and department policy. Relates effectively with other departments of continuity of care’ maintaining satisfactory relations with physician, ancillary departments, and other nursing units. Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and review and enhancement of current policies, procedures, and skills. Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio. CPR and Neonatal certification are required; STABLE, ACLS and PALS certification required. Must successfully complete AWHONN within one year of hire.
RN – Med Surg (15.17) PRN, (26.17) 0.9 FT 7pm-7am is responsible to assess patient/family needs; plans, implements, evaluates, and coordinates care for patients. Participates in patient and family education. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with all ancillary and patient care team members. Consistently demonstrates standards of professional nursing practices in all clinic settings. Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio. CPR, ACLS, & PALS certifications are required; Neonatal certifications are recommended. Prior hospital experience preferred.
RN – OR (32.17) FT (64 hours per pay) is responsible to assist in the nursing care and preparation of surgical patients. Participates in the preparation of reports relative to surgical procedures. Functions as a member of the surgical team creating and maintaining a sterile field. Directs proper care and storage of supplies and equipment used for operating room and the emergency room. Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care in the immediate postoperative period. Mandatory call rotation requires 30 minute response time. Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed to practice nursing in the State of Ohio. BLS, ACLS and PALS certification are required. Must be competent in performing nursing skills and operating equipment specific to assigned nursing department as noted on nursing skills inventory. This position involves operating numerous pieces of equipment/machinery including sterilizers, washer disinfector, MV-1 (Olympus Scope), and power equipment. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to patients of all ages. Must have good organizational skills, computer knowledge, and excellent verbal communication skills
Respiratory Therapist (73.16) PRN is responsible for administering patient respiratory therapy treatments within the scope of education and in accordance to physician orders. Position requires CPR and neonatal certification along with ACLS and PALS recommended. Position is for every other weekend, 7 AM- 7 PM plus fill in as needed.
Phlebotomist (14.17) PRN is responsible for greeting outpatients and process laboratory test requisitions according to policies and procedures. Performs skilled phlebotomy procedures including venipuncture and capillary collection. High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of an accredited program required. CPR required.
LPN (34.17) PT 0.6 (48 hours per pay), (35.17) FT 1.0 (80 hours per pay) is responsible to administer nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of the physician. Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties. Assists physician with office procedures, collection and maintenance of accurate patient documents. Ensures that exam rooms are cleaned and stocked, working toward maintaining a safe and clean environment. Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid state nursing license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse. CPR certification is also required. One to two years previous work experience in a physician office is preferred. Must be able to perform nursing skills and operate equipment. Excellent time management and organizational skills are very helpful. Requires excellent communications skills, both oral and written, as well as being computer literate.
Maintenance Tech (89.16) Part Time (40hours per pay) is responsible to upkeep of the facility and general repairs as needed. Previous general maintenance and mechanical skills required. Experience with HVAC, boilers and generators desired. Experience with construction and special building project is a plus. 20 hours per week. Benefits eligible position.
