Clinical
RN – OB (PRN) (23.12, 3.13) Is responsible to work under the direction of the physician providing a professional nursing assessment and initiating nursing care to patients presenting in the OB department. Determines the stages of labor of OB patients and the well-being of neonates. Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care to child-bearing women and newborn infants. Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio. CPR and Neonatal certification are required; STABLE, ACLS and PALS certification preferred. Must successfully complete AWHONN within one year of hire. Prior ob nursing experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
RN ED / MS - Postings 18.13 & 19.13 can be combined for a .6 position. Requirements are listed in the individual postings.
RN – ED (18.13) .3 Is responsible to assess patient/family needs; plans, implements, evaluates, and coordinates care for patients. Participates in patient and family education. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with all ancillary and patient care team members. Consistently demonstrates standards of professional nursing practices in all clinic settings. Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio. CPR, ACLS, and PALS certification are required. Neonatal Resuscitation Provider certification is recommended. Also require completion of Critical Care Core I within 12 months of hire. 7p to 7a / every 3rd weekend
RN – Med Surg (4.13) PRN (19.13) .3 (7p to 7a) Is responsible to assess patient/family needs; plans, implements, evaluates, and coordinates care for patients. Participates in patient and family education. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with all ancillary and patient care team members. Consistently demonstrates standards of professional nursing practices in all clinic settings. Ohio RN license and CPR certification required. ACLS recommended.
PTA (12.13) PRN Is responsible for providing patient treatment modalities as prescribed by the Physical Therapist, in conjunction with non-clinical duties such as program development and marketing. Must be a graduate of a CAPTE accredited program and current PTA licensure in the State of Ohio. One to two years previous experience in a hospital/outpatient setting preferred.
Non-Clinical
Cook (22.13) PRN Is responsible for preparation and services of meals for patients, employees, Meals on Wheels, and special events. HS diploma or GED preferred but not required. Prior experience in food service or with a variety of diets preferred.
Facilities Assistant (24.13) PRN Is responsible for upkeep of the facility and general repairs as directed. HS diploma preferred but not required.
Guest Services (27.13) PRN Is responsible for greeting and registering patients, ensuring that all patient information is current and correct. Copies insurance cards, receives co-payments, and hospital payments. Responsible for preparing daily deposits. The successful candidate will have availability on nights and weekends.
