Prior nursing experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
CPR, ACLS, and PALS certification are required. Neonatal
Resuscitation Provider certification is recommended. Also
require completion of Critical Care Core I within 12 months of
hire. Assess patient/family needs; plans, implements,
evaluates, and coordinates care for patients. Participates
in patient and family education. Provides leadership by
working cooperatively with all ancillary and patient care team
members.

Office Nurse –
3/24/08, (#14.08) Full time. Mon. – Fri. Dr. Underwood’s
office, Tues. and ½ day on Thursday in Dr. Moore’s office.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid state
nursing license as a LPN or RN. CPR certification is also
required. One to two years previous work experience in a
physician office is preferred. Administers nursing care to
designated patients under the direction and supervision of the
physician. Performs a variety of direct & indirect patient care
duties. Assists physician with office procedures, collection
and maintenance of accurate patient documents. Ensures that
exam rooms are cleaned and stocked, working toward maintaining a
safe and clean environment.

Radiology Tech -
PRN - 4/29/08 (#17.08). Associates degree of Applied
Science, Radiologic Technology with ARRT cert., licensed to
practice in the state of Ohio. CPR certification is also
required. Prefer one to two years hospital experience.
Independently performs a variety of diagnostic procedures at a
technical level, under the direction of a Radiologist.
Must be competent in performing radiologic procedures, including
CT, and operating necessary equipment.

with valid Ohio drivers license required. Must possess
excellent customer service skills with good verbal communication
skills and the ability to effectively relate to patients at
various age and ability levels. Position requires sitting,
standing, bending, stooping and reaching with manual dexterity
sufficient to operate a motor vehicle and to secure wheelchair
bound patients in a very confined space.
