CLINICAL:

 

New     Registered Nurse- ER (40.17) .3 Nights, (82.19) .9 Nights, (86.19) .6 Nights This position is responsible to assess patient/family needs; plans, implements, evaluates, and coordinates care for patients. Participates in patient and family education. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with all ancillary and patient care team members. Consistently demonstrates standards of professional nursing practice in all clinic settings. Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio. BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications are required; Neonatal certification is recommended.

 

Registered Nurse – Med/Surg (3.19) .3 Nights This position is responsible to assess patient/family needs; plans, implements, evaluates, and coordinates care for patients. Participates in patient and family education. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with all ancillary and patient care team members. Consistently demonstrates standards of professional nursing practice in all clinic settings. Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio. BLS, ACLS, PALS, Neonatal certifications are required; Neonatal certification is recommended.

 

Registered Nurse – OB (77.19) .9 Nights, OB/MedSurg Float (81.19) .9 days This position is responsible to assess patient/family needs; plans, implements, evaluates, and coordinates care for patients. Participates in patient and family education. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with all ancillary and patient care team members. Consistently demonstrates standards of professional nursing practice in all clinic settings. Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio. BLS, ACLS, PALS, Neonatal certifications are required.

 

Registered Nurse- Surgery (83.19) PRN This position is responsible to assess patient/family needs; plans, implements, evaluates, and coordinates care for patients. Participates in patient and family education. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with all ancillary and patient care team members. Consistently demonstrates standards of professional nursing practice in all clinic settings. Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio. BLS, ACLS, PALS, Neonatal certifications are required.

 

Surgical Technologist- (71.19) 1.0 This position is responsible to assist in the nursing care and preparation of surgical patients. Functions as a member of the OR sterile team, creating and maintaining a sterile field and issuing instruments to surgeons. Maintains proper care and storage of supplies and equipment used for operating room and emergency room patient care. Mandatory call rotation requires 30 minute response time.

 

 

NON-CLINICAL

 

Cook- (21.19) PRN This position is responsible for preparation and services of meals for patients, employees, and special events as planned by the Food & Nutrition Services coordinator.

 

Housekeeper- (59.19, 70.19, 76.19) PRN, (85.19) PT .6 Nights This position is responsible to maintain a safe, clean, sanitary environment in all areas of the facility.
