CMA/LPN Float (26.20) 1.0 This position is responsible to administer nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of the physician. Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties. Assists physician with office procedures, collection and maintenance of accurate patient documents. Ensures that exam rooms are cleaned and stocked, working toward maintaining a safe and clean environment. This is a traveled position between all clinics.
Registered Nurse – Med/Surg (2.20) 0.6 nights, (4.20) 0.9 nights, (8.20) 0.3 days, (22.20) 0.9 nights, (23.20) 0.9 nights, (24.20) 0.9 nights This position is responsible to assess patient/family needs; plans, implements, evaluates, and coordinates care for patients. Participates in patient and family education. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with all ancillary and patient care team members. Consistently demonstrates standards of professional nursing practice in all clinic settings. Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio. BLS, ACLS, PALS, Neonatal certifications are required; Neonatal certification is recommended.
Registered Nurse – OB (28.20) 0.9 nights, (45.20) 11a-7p and 7a-7p wknds This position is responsible to assess patient/family needs; plans, implements, evaluates, and coordinates care for patients. Consistently demonstrates standards of professional nursing practice in all clinic settings. Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio. BLS, ACLS, PALS, Neonatal certifications are required.
Respiratory Therapist- (15.20) PRN This position is responsible for administering patient Respiratory therapy treatments within the scope of education, and in accordance to physician orders.
Surgical Technologist- (27.20) 0.8 This position is responsible to assist in the nursing care and preparation of surgical patients. Functions as a member of the OR sterile team, creating and maintaining a sterile field and issuing instruments to surgeons. Maintains proper care and storage of supplies and equipment used for operating room and emergency room patient care. Mandatory call rotation requires 30 minute response time. Graduate of an Accredited Surgical Technologist Program with Certification Preferred
New Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant- (48.20) PRN This position is responsible for providing patient treatment modalities as prescribed by the Occupational Therapist, in conjunction with non-clinical duties such as program development and marketing.
Cook- (21.19) PRN, (44.20) .6 2nd shift This position is responsible for preparation and services of meals for patients, employees, Meals on Wheels, and special events as planned by the Food & Nutrition Services coordinator.
Housekeeper-(37.20) 2nd shift (surgery), (47.20) every other weekend/PRN This position is responsible to maintain a safe, clean, sanitary environment in all areas of the facility
New Maintenance Tech II- (44.20) This position is responsible for upkeep of the facility and general repairs as directed. (2nd or 3rd shift)
