Clinical
RN
– OB (1 – PT .5) 3p to 11p
(68.11 & 6.12) (1-PRN) (1.12) Is
responsible to work under the direction of the physician
providing a professional nursing assessment and initiating
nursing care to patients presenting in the OB department.
Determines the stages of labor of OB patients and the well-being
of neonates. Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and
skills necessary to provide appropriate care to child-bearing
women and newborn infants. Graduate of an accredited nursing
program and currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse
in the state of Ohio. CPR and Neonatal certification are
required; STABLE, ACLS and PALS certification preferred. Must
successfully complete AWHONN within one year of hire. Prior
nursing experience in a hospital setting is preferred.

Physician Office Nurse FT
(4.12)
Is responsible to administer nursing care to designated patients
under the direction and supervision of the physician. Performs a
variety of direct and indirect patient care duties. Assists
physician with office procedures, collection and maintenance of
accurate patient documents. Ensures that exam rooms are cleaned
and stocked, working toward maintaining a safe and clean
environment. This position will require travelling between two
sites, Hicksville and Fort Wayne. Must be licensed (or be able
to obtain a license) in both Ohio and Indiana. Registered Nurse
preferred, but not required.

Medical
Assistant PT .6
(3.12) Is
responsible for support of the physician in providing quality
medical care to patients as well as monitoring physician’s
schedule and making appropriate adjustments. Performs a variety
of direct and indirect patient care duties. Assists physician
with office procedures, collection and maintenance of accurate
patient documents. Ensures that exam rooms are cleaned and
stocked, working toward maintaining a safe and clean
environment. Responsible for office functions as well including
check in and check out of patients, posting charges and
payments, collection of co-pays, batching of credit cards, and
preparing deposits. Completion of a medical assisting
program required. Certification is a plus. Location: Fort
Wayne

Charge Nurse –
RN (FT)
(5.12) Is responsible for providing a clear line
of authority and accountability in the absence of the CNO and/or
department mangers. Functions in a role to facilitate operations
of the hospital, implementation of changes, and enhance staff
accountability. Serves as clinician with advanced clinical
knowledge and skills. Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in
the State of Ohio.
