Occupational Health Program - Workplace Wellness
Through our Workplace Wellness program, we provide pre-employment physicals, functional capacity evaluations, drug screens, and return-to-work programs for injured employees. Educational and injury prevention services – ergonomic programs, back safety education, and annual health fairs – also are available.
The Annual CMH Lab Health Fair will be held on April 16 through April 21, 2018 in The Community Rooms. The times will be from 6 am to 10 am each day. First come, first serve. Usually not much of a wait at all. If you have questions, please call the lab at 419-542-5584.
